Limited 3-Year Warranty

 Effective Date:

This warranty is valid for three (3) years from the date of the original purchase.

To Whom This Warranty Extends: This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product (“Customer”). This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any subsequent owners of the product.

What This Warranty Covers:

Comfort Enterprises (“Company”) warrants that its balcony hanger product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions): This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or an accident.
  2. Damage caused by extreme weather conditions, acts of God (such as fire, flood, or earthquake), or other external causes.
  3. Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs to the product.
  4. Incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, inconvenience, or damage to other property.

Remedy for Defects:

If a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered within the three (3) year warranty period, the Customer must notify the Company promptly by following the “How to Make a Claim” procedure below. Upon validation of a legitimate warranty claim, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either:

a) Repair the defective product.

b) Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal value and functionality.

c) Issue a full or partial refund of the purchase price.

The Customer may be responsible for visit charges costs after 2yrs.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties:

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by the Company. The Company disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

How to Make a Claim:

To submit a warranty claim, the Customer must:

  1. Contact the Company’s customer service department via calling on +91 99670 03003 or escalate to +91 90049 98273.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a mobile number or invoice.
  3. Provide a detailed description of the defect, including photos or videos if possible.
  4. Follow any additional instructions provided by the Company for returning the product.
